Mixed Levels Yoga
Move at a moderate pace int this hybrid Yoga Basics/Alignment Power Yoga class. Includes basic and more challenging options to benefit from a variety of poses. Open to active beginners and experienced students.
Yoga inspired program for girls age 8-16 that offers a combination of yoga, fitness, relaxation and relevant “girl world” discussion. In this 5 week course we will touch on Building Balance, Instilling Compassion,Teaching Body Awareness, Building Self-Esteem, A Healthy Body Image and Trusting in yourself & others.
Second Session starting on November 10th, the girls will meet with Emma on Saturdays for 5 weeks from 9:00-10:00am
