Yoga inspired program for girls age 8-16 that offers a combination of yoga, fitness, relaxation and relevant “girl world” discussion. In this 6 week course we will touch on Building Balance, Instilling Compassion,Teaching Body Awareness, Building Self-Esteem, A Healthy Body Image and Trusting in yourself & others.
Starting on September 22nd, the girls will meet with Emma every Saturday for 6 weeks from 9:00-10:00am
Move at a moderate pace int this hybrid Yoga Basics/Alignment Power Yoga class. Includes basic and more challenging options to benefit from a variety of poses. Open to active beginners and experienced students.
