At this time we do not have an exclusive prenatal yoga class, however expectant moms can enjoy practicing in our Gentle Yoga classes.
Gentle Yoga Classes: Tuesdays at 7:00pm, Mondays at 11:00am, Wednesdays at 11:00am, Saturdays at 7:30am
Prenatal yoga is a great way for expectant moms to stay fit and strong during pregnancy, while connecting with other moms in the community. Our gentle yoga classes are ideally suited for any stage of pregnancy. We'll practice standing poses to build strength and flexibility, seated poses, and meditation and basic breathing exercises that will be useful during delivery. Be sure to get clearance from your OB/GYN or Midwife to make sure prenatal yoga is appropriate for you during your pregnancy. Please be sure to let each instructor know that you are pregnant and how far along you are.
