Yin Yoga: Release tension in the fascia and connective tissue with deep stretching and extended 2-5 minute pose holds. Enjoy intensity similar to a deep massage in this slow-paced, mostly seated or lying down class. Open to all level yogis.
Restorative Yoga: Slow down, unwind, and decompress in our most nurturing class. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets support the body while resting poses help you achieve a deep calm. Ideal for all level yogis.

Yoga Basics: focus on foundational poses and good alignment in this moderately paced class. Great for newer yogis and continuing students who like to move but are less interested in advanced postures.
