Vinyasa Flow Yoga: an upbeat class that focuses on moving through the postures with attention to the breath.
Hatha Yoga: Hatha is the general word describing yoga classes that include movement and yoga postures. All of our classes are some form of Hatha Yoga.
Prenatal Yoga: the perfect class for expectant moms. This is a safe, gentle class that includes stretching, breathing techniques, and meditation plus useful practices to prepare for childbirth. Our prenatal yoga class is on hiatus for Summer 2016, but we plan to bring it back in the Fall. In the meantime, please try any of our Gentle Yoga classes.
Kids Yoga: a fun age appropriate class to help your child reduce stress, improve focus and attention, and foster balance, coordination, and body awareness. Open to kids ages 5-11.
